What My Busiest Clients Do to Get Results

What My Busiest Clients Do to Get Results

I work with some incredibly busy people. Executives. Business owners. Parents juggling school drop offs, back to back meetings, and everything in between. And yet somehow, they're the ones getting the best results. Here's what they do differently.

They build a system and they protect it.

The body loves routine. Repeatable systems produce repeatable results. Our busiest clients structure their week around three full body strength sessions as a non negotiable. Not five. Not six. Three. And they treat those sessions like meetings they cannot cancel.

If the morning is chaos, they come in the afternoon. If Tuesday doesn't work, they shuffle to Wednesday. The session still happens. The week still gets done.

Three hours. That's less than 2% of your week. If you can't find that, you're not trying hard enough.

They get up early.

This is the one that separates the people who get results from the ones who don't. Our busiest clients get up before the noise starts. Before the emails, the school runs, the meetings. They get it done first, and the rest of the day belongs to everything else.

It's not complicated. It's just a decision.

They focus on what matters in the session.

We keep it simple. Big movement patterns. Lots of supersets to maximise the work done in an hour. No wasted time. No scrolling between sets. Just purposeful, progressive training that covers everything in sixty minutes and gets them out the door feeling strong.

They simplify their nutrition.

No complicated diets. No calorie counting apps. Just three palm sized servings of protein per day, plenty of fruit and vegetables, and no drinking mid week. That's it. Simple enough to sustain. Effective enough to work.

On the good weeks, they squeeze in cardio. On the hectic weeks, they do their three sessions and call it a win.

That's the standard. Three sessions is the floor, not the ceiling. But on the hard weeks (and there will be hard weeks) three quality sessions is more than enough to keep moving forward.

They have someone in their corner.

Beyond their coach, our best performing clients have an accountability partner. A partner, a friend, someone who's on the same journey. Because life will get hard. Motivation will dip. And on those days, having someone who expects you to show up makes all the difference.

We provide the coaching, the program, and the accountability at SLM. But the clients who thrive bring someone with them for the ride.

The bottom line

Results aren't reserved for people with more time. They go to the people with better systems. Three sessions. Simple nutrition. Early mornings. Someone in your corner.

That's the formula. And it works, even on the busiest weeks.

If you want a system built around your life, let's talk.
