Jeremy Gleeson
Founder & Head Coach
With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry, Jeremy combines his athletic background in football with a deep passion for strength and conditioning. Holding qualifications in fitness and a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University, he has spent years coaching and leading high-performance training programs across multiple gyms. Now back in Brighton, he founded SLM HQ, a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to raising the bar for fitness at all levels—from everyday individuals to elite athletes. Committed to excellence, Jeremy empowers clients with the knowledge and skills to reach their full potential.

Jarrah Brownhill
Senior Coach
Jarrah’s journey in the fitness industry began as an elite athlete, representing Australia in beach volleyball. Competing at the highest level gave him a deep understanding of performance, discipline, and structured training. After transitioning from his sporting career, he moved to Melbourne to pursue coaching, quickly earning a strong reputation in the industry. Now a key part of the SLM HQ team, Jarrah combines his expertise in high-performance training with a holistic coaching approach. He emphasises mindful movement, quality nutrition, and strong client relationships, ensuring every individual has the tools to reach their full potential.

Sebastian Johnston
Coach
With over six years of coaching experience, Seb has helped individuals build strength, fitness and confidence on the gym floor. His background in the performing arts shapes a coaching style that blends structure, intensity and engagement. Currently completing a Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science, he is driven to expand his knowledge, as well as bridge the gap between evidence-based practice and real-world coaching. Seb specialises in combining strength training, conditioning and endurance to optimise performance in both training and competition, drawing on his own experience to help clients push limits while maintaining long-term progression.

Olivia Goder
Coach
Olivia's journey in health and fitness is grounded in both education and performance. With a background in athletics and a lifelong passion for running, she developed an early appreciation for discipline, consistency, and the power of movement. Beginning her career as a Physical Education teacher, Olivia spent over a decade coaching across primary and secondary settings, building confidence, resilience, and long-term healthy habits in every environment she entered. Her diverse skillset spans strength and conditioning, HYROX performance training, yoga, and Reformer Pilates. Now part of the SLM HQ team, she is passionate about guiding clients to build strength, confidence, and consistency both in and out of the studio.
