  • Jeremy Gleeson

    Founder & Head Coach

    Jeremy’s journey in the fitness industry began as an athlete, playing football while simultaneously earning his Cert 3 & 4 in Fitness and a Bachelor of Commerce from Monash University. He went on to manage The Woodshed (Brighton) for several years before becoming Head of Programs at REVL Training, a national fitness brand. Returning to Brighton, Jeremy launched his state-of-the-art facility, SLM HQ, with the aim of raising the bar for fitness standards across all levels—from everyday individuals to elite athletes. Driven by curiosity and passion, Jeremy is committed to understanding his clients’ needs and providing them with the knowledge and skills to unlock their full potential.

    Coach

    Jarrah's journey in the fitness industry began as an elite athlete, representing Australia in the sport of Volleyball. After transitioning from his sporting career, he moved to Melbourne to pursue coaching, quickly earning a stellar reputation among his peers. Now part of the SLM team, Jarrah brings a wealth of experience in both high-performance athletics and coaching. His holistic coaching approach focuses on mindful movement, high-quality nutrition, and fostering authentic relationships. With Jarrah, you’re on the path to unlocking your peak performance.
