Designed for anyone that is wanting to kick-start their strength training journey, develop confidence, and develop a fitness base.

The BASE program is designed specifically for anyone that is new to SLM. Learn the fundamentals and develop mobility, strength, and endurance, through 8-weeks of training. The program features a 4 day training load, alternating between SLM's signature styles, SWEAT and LIFT. The program is delivered online through our interactive coaching app, TrueCoach.
