Ever since I can remember I’ve been involved in fitness. From what first began as a love for sport, quickly then developed into a passion for coaching, and ultimately SLM (SWEAT LIFT METHOD).

Born from my own unmet need to unleash my full athletic potential, I am motivated by the lack of coaching services that are available to the everyday person. Whether you’re an aspiring athlete, a student, a business owner, a parent, or you’re already a fitness junkie wanting to level up, my mission is to provide you with the catalyst that can transform your life. My aim is to provide you with the tools and systems that will get you the results you’re after, and ultimately provide you with a lifestyle approach and a foundation for high performance.

After many years of training, and thousands of hours of professional coaching, what stands out to me is the importance of sustainability. There are no quick fixes, and if you want long term results, the everyday athlete understands that long term efforts are required. But moreover, I’ve come to understand that my clients and I value three core principles when it comes to sustainable fitness results. SLM needs to be effective, it needs to be efficient, and it needs to be enjoyable.

For instance:

  • EFFECTIVE: It gets you the results you’re after. It works.
  • EFFICIENT: It needs to tick all the boxes in less than an hour. The everyday person is busy.
  • ENJOYABLE: My program is at its core, fun, engaging, and a great challenge. But I’ll let you be the judge of that.
